The eldest son of the former Military Governor of Lagos State, the late Air Commodore Gbolahan Mudashiru, Laolu has been killed by a hit-and-run driver. The tragic incident occurred along Bourdilion road, Ikoyi, Lagos on Sunday morning. It was gathered that Laolu was riding a bicycle with two others when the incident occurred. Late Mudashiru was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.
Laolu, before his death, was the Managing Director of Vetiva Capital Management, an investment and asset company.
The University of Lagos trained medical doctor with an MBA from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom is survived by his wife, Foluke, and children. Laolu is Said to be in his fifties
