EU airlines denied approval as Nigeria readies for international travel [FULL LIST]

According to Aviation Minister, Hadi Sirika, some airlines did not receive approval because their originating countries have not begun to allow entry to tourist visa holders.

Sarika had announced on Thursday that 10 airlines did not receive approval to operate in the country ahead of the resumption of international flights.

Sirika had previously said Nigeria would apply the rule of reciprocity in granting approval to foreign airlines.

International flights are scheduled to resume on September 5, 2020.
