Leading telecommunications services provider, Airtel Nigeria, has commissioned its Expo Centre, a fully automated service hub located at 47, Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, in a strategic drive to empower telecoms consumers.
The one-stop touch-point, which was declared open recently, is the flagship service centre of the Telecommunications Company in Nigeria.
Speaking at the colourful occasion, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Segun Ogunsanya said the Airtel Expo centre bears eloquent testimony to the company’s resolve and commitment to exceptional customer service delivery, noting that the touch-point is fully automated and specifically designed to offer exciting service experience to telecoms consumers.
“As we increase our footprints in Lagos, we bring with it our rich history and culture of great service experience to the delight of our customers, especially those within this community and the environs.
The Lagos State Commissioner for Science and Technology, Mr. Olufemi Odubiyi, who performed the official commissioning of the Airtel Expo Centre, commended the company for its innovativeness, quality standard and excellence in delivering top quality services to Nigerians.
“I urge the management of Airtel Nigeria to keep up this momentum,” he said.
The ultramodern service centre also has dedicated spots provided for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Samsung, Tecno, Huawei and iPhone to display their products.
High profile guests that graced the commissioning ceremony also include Executive Secretary, Oniru/Victoria Island Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Mr. Muyideen Daramola; Director of Public Affairs, Lagos State, Mr. Yinka Bawa; HRM, Oniru of Iruland, Oba Idowu Abiodun Oniru, who was represented by his Chiefs.
