VIDEO: Kachikwu Fully Explains Cause of Fuel Scarcity

The fuel scarcity has been a big issue to Nigeria and Nigerians. Long queues for fuel and fights over who buys and who doesn’t buy petrol has put the nation in a state of agitation.

While a lot has been said about what could be done to alleviate the situation, we really don’t have an idea of what caused it in the first place.

In the video below, NNPC boss and State minister of Petroleum, Dr Ibe Kachikwu explains how we found ourselves in this mess and ways in which to come out of it.
