Burkina Faso footballer dies in France

Former Burkina Faso international, Ben Idrissa Derme, has died after suffering a heart attack in a French Cup at the weekend.

The 34-year-old, who was capped four times by Burkina Faso’s national team in his career, was representing amateur side AJ Biguglia in a third-round tie, africanFootball.com reports.

He suffered a heart attack early in the second half.
