Gunmen last night beheaded the Chairman Ward 4 of the All Progressive Congress, APC in Omoku , headquarters of Ogba Egbema Ndoni local government area, Mr Frankiline Obi , his first son, 18 years old Master Bestman and the wife , Ihuoma.
