High Court orders release of Igboho’s aides

Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court, Abuja on Monday signed the Release Order of the detained aides of Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Igboho.

The lawyer to the accused persons, Pelumi Olajengbesi, confirmed the development to the media on Monday, noting that only four of the detainees have so far been ordered released.

They are Amudat Babatunde, Abideen Shittu, Jamiu Oyetunji, and Bamidele Sunday.

He explained that the judge could not sign the release order for eight others because they have yet to perfect their bail conditions.

Olajengbesi identified the eight as Abdullateef Onaolapo, Tajudeen Irinloye, Dikeola Ademola, Ayobami Donald, Uthman Adelabu, Olakunle Oluwapelumi, Raji Kazeem, and Taiwo Tajudeen.
