On Saturday, the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) leaders dismissed the Nigeria Police Force’s (NPF) justification for the raid on the NLC headquarters, Labour House in Abuja, on Wednesday night.
NLC claims that the police authority uses the truth sparingly.
NLC leaders sought complete information of the police incursion from the Federal Government during the emergency National Executive Council (NEC).
Leaders of Congress argued during a virtual NEC conference that the government’s justification would dictate the course of action to be taken, characterizing the invasion as extremely provocative.
