Well-known Nigerian singer Simi has stated that she is awful at following trends and is not proud of her ignorance of music.
She admitted that her claim that she doesn’t actually listen to music should have been made with more caution.
It should be recalled that the singer reportedly stated in an interview that she exclusively listens to her own songs and those of her spouse, Adekunle Gold.
Simi clarified that her statements were meant to be taken in a lighthearted, conversational tone and should not be taken literally in a recent X post.
