Ten private jet operators’ licenses are suspended by the NCAA

Ten private aircraft firms have had their operations halted by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for neglecting to initiate the recertification process.

Michael Achimugu, the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, made this information public in a statement on Friday in Abuja.

The NCAA made note of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2023 Part 18.3.4, which forbids holders of Permits for Non-Commercial Flights (PNCF) from using their aircraft to transport people, goods, or mail for profit, according to the News Agency of Nigeria.
