The Labour Party (LP) leadership crisis has finally come to a conclusion. Lamidi Apapa, the Deputy National Chairman (South), and Julius Abure, the National Chairman, respectively, claimed the party’s leadership.
The disagreement, which has persisted for more than a year, has been resolved by both sides to make amends and cooperate in achieving the party’s objectives.
Following a court ruling that barred Abure and three other individuals from posing as national officers of the party, the conflict broke out in April 2023.
