Farah Dagogo, a former member of the National Assembly, was exonerated on Monday by a High Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, of all charges leveled against him by the Rivers State Government.
Prior to serving as the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate in 2023, Dagogo was a close ally of Atiku Abubakar, the former representative of the Degema-Bonny Constituency in the House of Representatives.
On April 28, 2022, in Port Harcourt, he was arrested in connection with his screening as a PDP candidate for governor at the party’s South-South zone secretariat.
