PDP Crisis: ‘The people shall triumph’ – Ologbondiyan to Tinubu

A former National Publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Kola Ologbondiyan, has accused President Bola Tinubu of deploying every means possible to make Nigeria a one-party state.

Ologbondiyan was reacting to the recent barricading of the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja after the clash by the factions.

News360 Info reports that the party’s Wadata Plaza has been barricaded with barb wire since after what many observers described as a show of shame by groups led by the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike and one led by Taminu Turaki.

“In @officialABAT’s Nigeria, democracy has been imperiled, imprisoned, and transgressed,” Ologbondiyan wrote on X.

“Even under a military dictatorship, attempts at democracy never had it this horrible.

“The path to 2027 will be strewn with more mines like this, but in the end, the WILL of the people shall triumph.”
