A five-story structure owned by Samuel Nwanosike, the recently deceased Chairman of the Ikwerre Local administration Area, has been shut off by the Rivers State administration.
Due to a purported infraction of the authorized building design, the building was blocked off.
According to what News360 Info understands, Nwanosike, a supporter of Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, registered for and submitted a building proposal for a four-story structure.
