Burna Boy has unexpectedly cancelled a major stop on his No Sign of Weakness U.S. tour, originally slated for November 28, 2025, at The Armory in Minneapolis.
The last-minute cancellation was confirmed on the Ticketmaster website on Thursday, just one day before the concert.
Similarly, another concert scheduled for Chicago on December 1, 2025, has also been cancelled.
While tour organisers have not provided a specific reason for the cancellation, the decision comes in the wake of public criticism directed at the Grammy-winning artiste.
The backlash stems from a recent viral incident at his concerts in Colorado, where he ejected a couple in the front row for sleeping during his performance.
The lovers were seen leaving the auditorium to a mix of boos and cheers from the crowd.
The incident sparked widespread discussion, which intensified after an Instagram live session where Burna Boy stated he only wants supporters who buy his tickets.
The criticism intensified when it was later revealed that the woman in question was reportedly grieving a recent personal loss.
In the early hours of Friday, Burna Boy confirmed the cancellation via his Instagram Story. He shared a direct link from the ticketing website, which clearly showed that the two shows were cancelled while the rest of the tour dates remained unaffected.
