UCL: Club Brugge boss coy on Onyedika’s chances of starting against Barcelona

Club Brugge head coach, Nicky Hayen has offered no assurance Raphael Onyedika will start Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League clash with Barcelona, DAILY POST reports.

Onyedika returned from a short injury layoff in Brugge’s league clash with Dender last weekend.

The Nigeria international featured for 26 minutes in the 2-1 win.

The defensive midfielder is expected to feature against Barcelona after impressing against Dender.

Hayen, however, remained coy on whether he will be named in the starting line-up.

“Onyedika is fit enough. We’ll see tomorrow whether he starts or not,” Hayen said during his press conference as quoted by Nieuwsblad.
