Family cries out as nursing student goes missing in Calabar

Aisha Ibrahim, a 19-year-old woman from Gombe State, has been declared missing in Calabar, the Cross River State capital.

Her brother-in-law, Shehu Muhammed Danladi, in an interview with DAILY POST, said Aisha – a nursing student undergoing industrial training at Glorious Amazing Grace and Maternity, Ikot Ekpo, 8 Miles Junction, Calabar – was last seen on October 30, 2025.

He explained that she went missing on her way to the hospital.

The young woman, who resides in Nasarawa, a Hausa settlement in Calabar, has remained untraceable since then.

“Since that day, we haven’t heard from her again. We are becoming increasingly worried and concerned about her whereabouts,” Danladi said, appealing for assistance in finding Aisha.

The family is urging anyone with useful information about Aisha’s whereabouts to come forward and assist in tracing her by reaching out through the hospital or this phone number: 07071408717.
