Chelsea, on Saturday, confirmed that their forward Christopher Nkunku has left the club to join Serie A side AC Milan on permanent transfer.
Nkunku had joined the Premier League west London club in 2023 from RB Leipzig.
The France international made 14 appearances and scored three goals in his debut campaign due to injury.
In his second season at Stamford Bridge, Nkunku made 48 appearances in all competitions and scored 15 goals.
Meanwhile, in another development, Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson and his agents Ali Barat and Diomansy Kamara are on their way to Münich to seal a transfer move to Bayern Munich.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Jackson’s transfer to Bayern Munich will be announced in the next 24 hours.
The Bundesliga champions are keen to sign the Senegalese on loan and are willing to cover the player’s salary in full.
