ADC Leadership Officially Step Down For David Mark, Aregbesola, Others

The entire leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) across all states has officially stepped down to facilitate the transition of the party structure to the 2027 opposition coalition.

News360 Info understands that the outgoing ADC National Chairman, Ralph O. Nwosu, announced this on Wednesday at an expanded meeting held at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua centre, Abuja.

He disclosed that former Senate President, David Mark has been appointed as the interim National Chairman, while Rauf Aregbesola will serve as the party’s National Secretary.

Leaders of the opposition coalition present at the official declaration include former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Nasir El-Rufai, Rotimi Amaechi, and Rauf Aregbesola.

Others at the meeting are: former APC National Chairman, John Oyegun; former Governor of Sokoto state, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal; former Attorney General of the federation, Abubakar Malami; Dino Melaye; a former Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalong; Dele Momodu; Senator Gabriel Suswam; Senator Ireti Kingibe of the Labour Party (LP); former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha; former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar (retd.) and others.
