Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru, has warned that the resurgence of Boko Haram terrorists in the North-East, especially in Borno State, is part of the insurgents’ renewed efforts to destabilise Sahel region including Nigeria, Niger Republic, Burkina-Faso and Mali.
