US rapper Kanye West has hit out at his former wife, Kim Kardashian, saying that he was put off by a white woman being in control of his Black children.
West was reacting to a planned musical collaboration between his 11-year-old daughter, North, and rapper Playboi Carti, 28.
So Kim got the name and likeness over my Black children,” he wrote on X.
The 24-time Grammy winner added: “So a white woman has control over the name and likeness of my Black children and then speaks to Carti about putting my daughter on a song with him.
West also wrote that “these [dumb a**] celebrities be trying to play with me in my face.
The 47-year-old music icon is the father of four children with Kim Kardashian.
The divorced couple share daughters North, 11, and Chicago, seven; and sons Saint, nine, and Psalm, five.
