Mohbad’s Mother Clashes With Actor, Yomi Fabiyi

The mother of the late Nigerian musician, Ilerioluwa, widely recognized as Mohbad, Abosede Aloba, has engaged in a verbal war with actor Yomi Fabiyi regarding the circumstances surrounding her son’s death.

During a World Press Conference held on Wednesday at the Radisson Blu in Ikeja, Lagos State, where he sought justice for Mohbad, Fabiyi accused the late singer’s brother, Adura Aloba, of reaching out to him via Instagram, asserting that he possessed knowledge about the true cause of his brother’s death.

However, in her response, Aloba refuted this assertion, emphasizing that Adura could not possibly know the reasons behind Mohbad’s passing and should refrain from speaking on the matter.

News360 Info reports that the visibly distressed mother directed her anger towards Fabiyi, asserting that she would not permit him to inflict further pain by taking another child from her.

She expressed her profound sorrow over Mohbad’s death, stating that had her son been alive, she would not have been present in the same venue as Fabiyi.

“They killed Mohbad, and you want me to lose his brother unjustly. He knows nothing about his brother’s death; do not implicate my son.

I am not happy that I lost Mohbad because if he were alive, I wouldn’t be sitting here with you. They took my precious gift away, and I won’t let them take Adura, too,” she added.

Fabiyi responded, saying he wasn’t concerned about the message’s sender but rather the content itself, maintaining that he wasn’t convinced that it wasn’t Adura who sent him the message.
