A social critic, Aisha Yesufu, has accused President Bola Tinubu of turning Nigeria into a massive grave.
Yesufu’s statement comes after some Nigerians lost their lives in Oyo, Anambra and Abuja while scrambling for palliatives, with many others injured.
News360 Info reported that no less than 20 residents of Okija community in Anambra State lost their lives in a stampede for palliatives.
On the same day, an unspecified number of persons died following a stampede at the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.
The incident happened at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church located in the FCT during the distribution of food items to vulnerable persons.
DAILY POST also reported that over 35 people, mostly children, died during a stampede at a carnival in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, a few days ago, while searching for food items.
Reacting about the incidents, Aisha Yesufu, in a post on her X handle on Saturday, condemned the developments.
She said: “Godswill Akpabio will dare come and tell us that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has transformed Abuja and other Nigerian cities to London.
“Tinubu has turned the whole of Nigeria into a massive grave.”
