The United States Vice President and Democratic Party’s candidate in the November 5 presidential election, Kamala Harris has vowed to legalise “recreational marijuana” if elected as the 47th president of the country.

The first female Vice President of the US emerged as the Democratic Party’s candidate after President Joe Biden stepped down as the party’s candidate in July and endorsed her.
