Evangelist Ebuka Anozie Obi of Zion Ministry has urged members of his church to first buy cars for their mothers before doing same for their wives.
Obi said any person who buys car for his wife before buying for his mother is a fool at 40.
The cleric made the assertion in a video sighted by DAILY POST on Wednesday, on the Facebook page of a social critic, Charles Ogbu.
The evangelist, Obi, said: “You want to buy car for your wife and your mother don’t have a car? If you buy for your wife, you are a fool at 40.
Before you buy a car for your wife, buy for your mom and give her driver before you buy one for your wife.
Which hand will I use to sign a cheque that I will go and buy a car for my wife first?
There’s nothing bad buying a car for my wife. But my mind would tell me that there is someone that raised me before I met my wife. Your wife may not receive your bullet.
If someone say ‘I want to kill you now’, your wife will be crying, ‘don’t kill us’.
But your mom will come out and say ‘instead of you to kill my son, please release that bullet (on me)’. And she meant it; she’s not joking – ‘kill me and leave my son’.
But your wife will say, ‘don’t kills us’ but her eyes is on the property.
