Despite the Jigawa state government’s 24-hour curfew, many young people have taken to the streets in different parts of the state capital, Dutse.
According to News360 Info, the curfew was imposed earlier because of the severe violence and destruction that took place on the first day of the statewide hunger protest in several areas of Nigeria.
At the moment, protesters and security personnel are fighting in the city’s Zai neighborhood.
