Tear gas canisters were allegedly shot by Nigeria Police Force personnel on Friday at #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria demonstrators in Abuja.
According to reports collected by Naija News, demonstrators gathered at Abuja’s well-known Berger roundabout today to carry on their Thursday, August 1st, protest against the nation’s economic suffering.
On Friday, however, security personnel used tear gas at several sites where the demonstrators had congregated, thus journalists covering the demonstration were not spared.
