Police Declare 24-Hour Curfew In Borno As Protesters Go Berserk Over Gunshots, Teargas

A 24-hour curfew has been enforced by the Borno State Police Command in light of the countrywide hunger protest.

According to News360 Info, the statement was made on Thursday after a large number of demonstrators went crazy in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, after police used tear gas to disperse them.
