Members of the House of Representatives receive around ₦400 million a year to carry out constituency initiatives through Zonal Intervention initiatives (ZIPs) and Special Intervention Projects (SIPs), according to information revealed on Friday by Isa Ali, the Minority Whip.
This disclosure was revealed by the congressman, who represents the Billiri/Balanga Federal Constituency, at a town hall gathering intended to update his constituents about current happenings in the National Assembly and how they affect the constituency.
