Afam Osigwe, the incoming president of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), has received congratulations from President Bola Tinubu for becoming the nation’s next top lawyer.
The NBA’s freshly elected officers were likewise congratulated by the President.
The President’s message was delivered on Monday through a statement signed by Ajuri Ngelale, his special assistant for publicity and the media.
In addition to applauding the NBA on a well-run election, Tinubu also expressed his gratitude to outgoing NBA President Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau (SAN) for his years of service.
