Labour Party Speaks On Onanuga’s Call For Peter Obi’s Arrest

The Labour Party (LP) has sent a strong message to individuals in positions of authority who are purportedly thinking about unlawfully detaining Peter Obi, the party’s presidential candidate in the general elections in 2023.

Kennedy Ahanotu, the LP’s National Youth Leader, gave this advice late yesterday in Abuja.

Ahanotu’s remarks were in response to requests made by Bayo Onanuga, the presidential media assistant, who has been pushing for Obi’s detention on the basis that he is allegedly the driving force behind the demands for a nationwide demonstration against corrupt leadership.
