Aliko Dangote should not rely solely on Nigerian crude oil for his refinery; the Presidency has advised him to purchase it from other suppliers.
Temitope Ajayi, President Bola Tinubu’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, made this statement on his X account on Saturday.
Reports that the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) was unable to supply the Dangote Refinery with enough crude oil and that the refinery was forced to buy crude oil from the United States should not be interpreted incorrectly, according to Ajayi.
