Former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman of Ondo State Ebenezer Alabi has publicly announced his resignation from the party.
Alabi announced his resignation following lengthy discussions on the PDP’s current situation with his friends, family, political allies, and supporters.
In particular, he attacked the party’s leadership for persistently using every election cycle as a means of obtaining financial advantage at the expense of up-and-coming candidates.
Alabi declared he could no longer be linked to “political leaders whose primary objective appears to be amassing wealth through every election cycle” as a consequence.
