Dan Osi Orbih, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (South-South) suspended National Vice-Chairman, congratulated Philip Shai1Qbu on his court triumph on Wednesday.
Prior to this, a Federal High Court in Abuja overturned Phillip Shaibu’s impeachment as Edo State’s deputy governor, according to a report by NEWS 360 INFO.
In a ruling on Wednesday, Justice James Omotosho declared Shuaibu’s return to office, citing the Edo State House of Assembly’s supposed impeachment of him as a violation of due process.
