The appointment of the second-class emirs of the Gaya, Karaye, and Rano Emirates has been accepted by Abba Kabir Yusuf, the governor of Kano State.
According to reports, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the governor’s director general of media and publicity, revealed this information to journalists in Kano on Wednesday.
This occurs fewer than twenty-four hours after Yusuf ratified the measure establishing second-class emirates in Kano State.
Aliyu Ibrahim Abdulkadir Gaya, the deposed emir of Gaya, was restored to his position as one of the newly appointed emirs.
