Adewole Adebayo, a former Social Democratic Party (SDP) presidential candidate, asserted that Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar, and President Bola Tinubu are not fighting poverty but rather pursuing their political goals.
Adewole, a lawyer, accused President Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, a former PDP presidential candidate, and Peter Obi, a former Labour Party presidential candidate, of dividing Nigerians along ethnic lines in order to further their own presidential ambitions.
He claimed that none of the front-runners for president in the most recent general election of 2023 had made a commitment to freeing the populace from “intergenerational poverty and security.”
