Concurrently, Shehu Sani, a former congressman from Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone, has asserted that former Governor Nasir El-Rufai ignored the Kaduna people for eight years and failed to include them in state matters.
Sani claimed that during his eight years in office, the former governor confined residents of Southern Kaduna to Boys’ quarters.
