A deity has been entrusted with the security and protection of a recently constructed general hospital in the Ogurute Uno village, which is the headquarters of the Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area in Enugu State.
The Nation claims that the community chose to take this action in response to the vandalism that thugs had left behind when they arrived to the new hospital.
It was learned that the thieves had taken numerous precious items, including TV sets, solar panels and poles, children’s cots, a brand-new ambulance, and other medical equipment valued at millions of naira.
