To live in peace and harmony, Jigawa State Governor Mallam Umar Namadi has asked the state’s farmers and herdsmen to tolerate one another.
During a follow-up peace mission visit to Kabak in Kirikassama LGA, Namadi made the call.
He stated that the area’s economy depends on people leaving in peace and cooperation.
The governor issued a warning against grazing on farmlands and the invasion of grazing reserves and livestock routes.
He made it clear that anyone caught intruding on state property will face harsh consequences from the state administration.
