The meeting between former President Olusegun Obasanjo and First Lady Remi Tinubu has been the subject of Daniel Bwala’s criticism of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party in 2023.
Bwala claimed that Obi would have a restless night because of the picture of Tinubu’s wife with Obasanjo.
Obasanjo paid Sallah honor by seeing Remi Tinubu on Monday.
This occurs a few days after Tinubu’s emblem was found etched on a cap that the former president was spotted donning.
Remember that even though they are both from the Southwest, President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Obasanjo are members of two distinct political parties.
Obasanjo supported Obi in the 2023 presidential race, even though Tinubu and a few other Afenifere leaders had come to ask for his help.
