Kaduna: After giving N16 million to release hostages, bandits kill the ransom negotiator.

Abba, a 27-year-old man, was executed by bandits in Kaduna State after he offered a ransom of N16 million and three motorcycles in exchange for the release of nine kidnapped victims.

In an X post on Thursday, security analyst and counter-insurgency specialist Zagazola Makama stated that the abduction occurred on April 16, 2024, when nine residents of Unguwar Iya and Jere were taken hostage by robbers who broke into their homes.
