Fubara Is Powerless, Declare A State Of Emergency In Rivers, APC Writes FG
Rivers Assembly accuses Fubara of inappropriate behavior with regard to appointments.
President Bola Tinubu has been encouraged to impose a state of emergency in Rivers State by the leadership of the opposition party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The APC issued this demand in response to the continuing political unrest in Rivers State following the inauguration of Siminalayi Fubara as the state’s governor, according to NEWS 360 INFO.
Rivers State is at war, declared Chief Tony Okocha, the APC’s Caretaker Committee Chairman, in a statement to the media on Wednesday in Port Harcourt, the state capital. Furthermore, it is known who the dramatis personae are in charge of the mayhem that has claimed lives.
