The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu and his running mate, former Governor of Borno State on Tuesday held their campaign in Kaduna State. The flag-off of the North-West rally of the party was held at Ahmadu Bello Stadium.
The event was attended by the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai and the Governorship candidate of the party in the state, Uba Sani.
Also in attendance were the Governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje, Jigawa State Governor, Abubakar Badaru, Kebbi State Governor, Atiku Bagudu, Simon Lalong (Plateau State) and other Governors. The Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare and former Nigerian international, Daniel Amokachi were in attendance.
There were reports that the event was attended by a large crowd of supporters and stakeholders of the ruling party. Some pictures spotted online had also shown that the event was attended by a large crowd on Tuesday.
However, on Wednesday a drone coverage of Channels TV at the rally on Tuesday shows otherwise, with the drone view showing that the stadium which was used was scanty and not filled up as widely reported.
