Tems, the Nigerian singer, was among the winners at the 2022 edition of the Soul Train Awards.
The ‘Higher’ crooner had been nominated alongside her Nigerian counterparts — Ckay and Fireboy — for the ‘Best New Artiste’ category.
Beyonce, the American popstar, was the biggest winner at the event, which was hosted by Deon Cole, the US comedian, at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday.
