APC Releases Timetable For Zonal Congresses

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Monday evening confirmed activities for its forthcoming National Convention and Zonal congresses.

News360 Info had earlier reported that the party backtracked and scheduled its national convention for March 26th, 2022.

The rescheduling of the National Convention also affected APC’s Zonal congresses, which will now hold on March 12th.

Sen. John Akpankudohede, National Secretary, APC Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) disclosed the new schedule after a closed door meeting of the committee in Abuja.

“After deliberation and agreement with the CECPC, we have agreed and approved that the activities of the National Convention will commence from Feb. 24 and terminates in March 26 at Eagle Square with the National Convention.
