The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented a certificate of return to Professor Charles Soludo as the Governor-elect of Anambra State. Also presented with a certificate of return at the event on Friday is the Deputy Governor-elect, Dr. Gilbert Onyekachukwu Ibezim.
The presentation was done by the Resident Electoral Commissioner, Nkwachukwu Orji at the commission’s office in Awka, Anambra State.
Soludo, the candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, was declared winner of the November 6 election by INEC.
