Katsina State House of Assembly early this morning was added to the list of notable places consumed by fire in Katsina State.
It was gathered that the fire which consumed some sensitive documents and properties of the harrowed chamber its suspected to have started at the chamber from where it trickled/spread to other parts of the Assembly arena.
The fire, however, has been brought under control by firefighters in conjunction with other security agents as at the time of filing this report.
It was also gathered that no loss of life or injury to persons was reported as official statement from the assembly management is awaited.
