Ghana election should be ‘eye-opener’ for Nigeria – Atiku

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has congratulated Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo on his re-election.

Akufo-Addo, who ran under the platform of New Patriotic Party (NPP), was declared winner of the election on Wednesday after he polled a total of 6,730,430 votes to defeat his main rival and former President John Mahama who polled 6,214,889 votes.

In his congraturalory tweet to Akufo- Addo, Atiku said the smooth conduct of the Ghana elections should be an eye-opener to Nigeria.

He wrote;
