A Kano State High Court managed by Justice Dije Aboki on Wednesday requested the capture of a chief suspect, Amina Ibrahim, pseudonym Gara, and two others, Zainab Salisu and Umar Aliyu, regarding the vanishing of 10 children in the state.
The three suspects were out of the 10 suspects hauled under the steady gaze of the court by the Kano State Government on two checks verging on intrigue and kidnapping of the youngsters.
At the beginning of the Wednesday’s court sitting, the indictment counsel, Tijjani Ibrahim, educated the court that he didn’t have a clue why the three respondents were not in court.
He, be that as it may, applied for independent preliminary of the seven present in court.
The court granted the prosecution counsel’s application, but could not continue with the arraignment as one of the defendants (Christiana Uju) could not understand English language in which the charges were read to her.
Aboki adjourned the matter till November 25, 2020, to get an interpreter.
