Pastor Bakare to Buhari: Don’t kill Nigerians

Founder, The Citadel Global Community Church, Pastor Tunde Bakare has told the Federal Government drove by President Muhammadu Buhari not to execute Nigerians.

Bakare was talking on The Platform, a unique program to celebrate Nigeria’s Independence Day commemoration, on Channels TV.

He said instead of execute Nigerians, the legislature should kill debasement.

In his words: “Don’t murder Nigerians, slaughter defilement since we realized that the sponsorship being paid is going into private pockets.”

“I battled against the abuse of poor people,” Bakare included, saying that the endowment by the Federal Government was not used to propel the reason for poor people.

Bakare likewise scowled at requires the deterioration of Nigerians, however decided in favor of a unified Nigeria.

Also speaking, former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Attahiru Jega urged Buhari’s 60th Independence speech to go beyond talk to implementation.

“What is clear is that the speech carries quite a lot of the right things to be said on a day like this. But for me, the critical thing is not what is said but how it is followed up,” Professor Jega noted.
